The UVA CLub of Michigan helped the UVA women’s soccer program kick off the most challenging season to-date at a pre-season “friendly” with the University of Illinois in Maple City, Michigan. UVA fans enjoyed the match (UVA won, 1-0, over the Fighting Illini) and a meet-and-greet with the team and Coach Steve Swanson after the match. We have high hopes for a promising season!
