Senior Assistant Dean Of Admissions

Lee is currently the Senior Assistant Dean of Admission at the University and has been with the Admission Office for 19 years. She graduated from U.Va. in 1984 and earned a Master’s degree in English in 1987.

She absolutely adores Charlottesville (she spent summers here just reading and taking classes when she was in school) and loves working in the Admission Office. Reading essays from applicants always brings her joy and she has two very thick files of her favorite essays.

She enjoys working with alumni and helping to recruit students who will determine the future of the University and loves biking, swimming, yoga, hiking and spending time with her awesome boyfriend, George, and fabulous dogs, Seneca and Maizey.
