Penn Brewery's Cajun Cookout

The UVaClub of Pittsburgh hosted local alumni from many of our southern sister schools at Penn Brewery's Cajun Cookout, on Friday, August 24. Shrimp and andouille gumba, New Orleans BBQ shrimp, chicken pontalba and blackened catfish were all on the menu, while the sounds of the Boilermaker Jazz Band entertained us as we sampled the Penn Brewery's award winning beers crafted by our very own Tom Pastorius (CLAS '66).
