Calling all Parents - Formation of the Atlanta U.Va. Parent Network

The UVaClub of Atlanta has an amazing parent network to help connect alumni with little 'Hoos for playdates, babysitting shares, family events and more. If you are interested in being included, contact the Parents' Representative, Brooke LeBow, for more information.

Jefferson Book Awards

This year the UVaClub of Atlanta was pleased to award the Jefferson Book Award (JBA) to three outstanding Atlanta area high school students from the following schools: Riverwood International Charter School in Atlanta, Salem High in Conyers, and Stratford Academy in Macon. The JBA is given to rising seniors who embody Jeffersonian ideals. It is also terrific way to raise interest in the University to potential out of state students. If you are interested in sponsoring a JBA for the next year, please contact Leslie Ann Brooks.

Want to Help With the Club?

With increasing membership and a more diverse set of events, the need for volunteers continues to grow. If you are interested in giving back to the University by sharing some of your time with the club, we are always looking for additional help. Any of our committees could use your input but especially our membership, communications and social committees. Please contact David Rabinowitz if you are interested in getting more involved with the UVaClub of Atlanta.
