Women and Power in Hollywood

This month, UVA Alum, Ashley Terrill (Col '03), celebrates the challenges and achievements of female directors, producers, writers in her ELLE MAGAZINE article, Reel World: Women and Power in Hollywood. Here, Terrill investigates why these industry-leading ladies are still the exception—not the rule.
