How much will the Women in Leadership Conference cost?The conference package includes access to all seminars, panels, a networking breakfast, Friday evening’s reception and dinner and Saturday lunch. The fee to attend the conference is $125 with the opportunity available to sponsor students. The fee for a student to attend the conference is $25. What hotels are available for the Women in Leadership Conference?There are hotel blocks for the Women in Leadership Conference at three locations – Sponsors Executive Residence Center, Boar’s Head Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott, UVa Medical Center. Remember to mention “Women in Leadership Conference” when making your reservations. Rates may vary slightly from those listed below. Availability not guaranteed after August 26 for Courtyard by Marriott and August 29 for Boar’s Head Inn. Please reserve early!

Where do I check in for the Women in Leadership Conference?Registration will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 26 outside the Newcomb Hall Ballroom located on the third floor of Newcomb Hall. The check-in tables will provide you with your registration packet which will include your name tag and an updated schedule of events and locations. Late registration and check-in is available throughout the day, both Friday and Saturday in the same location as official check-in. Is parking available on Grounds?Parking is available for Newcomb Hall on Friday, September 26 at the Central Grounds Parking Garage.
