2008 UVaExpress News
On Tuesday and Wednesday, 100 students from 23 countries on five continents will begin their University of Virginia careers by way of the UVaExpress, a uniquely full-service, volunteer-funded transportation program. The program, administered by the University's Office of Engagement, conveys international students and family members from Dulles Airport to U.Va.'s Grounds free of charge.

2007 UVaExpress News
More than 95 international students and their parents were welcomed by University of Virginia staff and alumni volunteers at Washington Dulles Airport and brought to Charlottesville on August 21. The UVaExpress program was proposed and underwritten by Gordon Kirtland, President of the UVaClub of Singapore, and coordinated and staffed by the Office of Engagement. In its first year, the program proved to be a great success and attracted the attention of local media. Check out the stories below:
