In Partnership with Community Housing Partners we will be attempting to renovate the Blue Ridge Commons unused basketball courts at the corner of the property. The project would include painting a base color on the ground and then adding letters, numbers, hopscotch and four square. Our goal is to turn this into an outdoor space where parents can supervise their young children, and where the center can take kids out to play and learn new games.  

Location: Blue Ridge Commons (Community Center – Community Housing Partners)

The physical address is 750 D Prospect Ave, but Google Maps will show location at 750 Prospect Ave. Turn into the property and drive to the bottom of the hill and turn right. You will see an awning over a door that reads, “Neighborhood Network Center”. Please park anywhere near this door and come on inside. We plan on meeting in the Community Center and having hot tea and coffee at the beginning of the event.
