Fellow Dallas & Fort Worth Area Wahoos,
The University Alumni, Students, Parents, and friends in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area are an amazing group, and it is truly an honor to serve you as Club President. All of the events we plan are to better engage and support you and strengthen your bonds to the University and fellow alumni.
Please contact us with any thoughts and suggestions on future club events and programs!
The club is very active and puts on several events throughout the year with a focus on:
- UVA admissions and engagement with current and prospective students.
I look forward to meeting and getting to know each of you at a club event soon!
Remember to bookmark our page and come back regularly! Wahoo-wah!
Virginia Milton (CLAS 2006) Club President
The UVA Club of Dallas / Ft. Worth no longer has “members” that pay membership dues. Instead, everyone is a member and the Club’s events will be open to all. For those events for which the Club charges a fee to attend or participate, it will be a single price, rather than one price for non-members and a discounted price for members. Instead of paying a membership fee, the Club will instead be seeking donations from its supporters. This change-over will have one major change – the previous “membership fees” will be replaced by (hopefully) your donations, which will be fully tax-deductible.

Favorite thing about UVA: The fact that I am receiving an outstanding education at a place with peers and faculty who are all unique, passionate, and motivated but, still caring and loyal. UVA has the entire package which is what I love–not to mention the beautiful Grounds! In her spare time you’ll find her If not in class or hanging out with friends, you can find me tossing a lacrosse ball on the lawn or taking a jog down around Grounds. I also love stopping to pet the puppies that just seem to pop up all over the place in the springtime!
